Mindspace Münzstraße occupies five floors and over 4,000 m² of workspace inside a standalone historic red-brick building at Münzstraße 12 — originally constructed between 1909 and 1910. The space offers private offices and team suites scaled for companies that need dedicated, enclosed environments rather than open hot-desking. A staffed barista bar provides unlimited coffee and drinks throughout the day, complemented by a community kitchen and free water. High-speed Wi-Fi and postal services round out the operational essentials. The building's architecture — rare among Berlin flex-office providers — gives the interiors a distinctive character without sacrificing functionality. Regular community events bring together the tenant mix of startups, scale-ups, and established teams, making the space practical for networking as well as focused work. Onboarding is handled by an on-site team known for attentive, responsive support from contract stage through move-in. Mindspace operates additional locations across Berlin and internationally, making it a practical fit for companies with mobile or distributed workforces.

Review summary
Across 38 detailed Google reviews, Mindspace Münzstraße comes through as a thoughtfully designed workspace in a well-placed corner of central Berlin, where the overall experience is shaped as much by the people running it as by the space itself. The team draws the most consistent praise of any aspect, with members repeatedly describing staff as warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — "freundlich, hilfsbereit" is a phrase that surfaces more than once. That human quality feeds directly into the atmosphere, which reviewers describe as excellent for focused work, and into a community dimension that members value: being surrounded by like-minded founders and professionals gives the space a collegial rather than anonymous feel. The food and drinks provision earns its own mentions, with a staffed barista bar offering unlimited coffee and beverages throughout the day standing out as a practical perk that members notice and appreciate. The interiors themselves are described as beautifully designed and well maintained, and reviewers single out the sense of space and natural light. An active events programme adds another layer, giving members reasons to connect beyond their desks. Location and cleanliness each receive quiet but clear approval. One honest gap does emerge: a handful of members flag that the number of meeting rooms falls short of demand, noting there are not enough bookable spaces relative to the membership. Equipment earns mostly positive remarks, though at least one reviewer points to occasional shortcomings there as well. Both are worth factoring in for anyone whose work is meeting-intensive.
