Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die App nutzt ein automatisches Abo, das sich ohne Flexibilität verlängert. Ich habe die Kündigungsfrist knapp verpasst und mir wurden 74 Euro berechnet, obwohl ich den Dienst nicht genutzt habe. Der Support lehnte eine Rückerstattung ab. Solch eine starre Vorgehensweise ist absolut kundenunfreundlich.

Unser Team nutzte ATworld Alex1 Teamspace für ein mehrtägiges Retreat und war sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war hervorragend, und sowohl der Besprechungsraum als auch die Büroräume entsprachen genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Konferenzräume bieten ausreichend Platz für Gruppen, und die Gemeinschaftsarbeitsbereiche waren ideal, um sich für Einzelgespräche oder Telefonate zurückzuziehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren während des Buchungsprozesses unglaublich hilfsbereit und gingen auf unsere verschiedenen Wünsche ein. Auch vor Ort waren sie sehr zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wieder einen Besprechungsraum bei ATworld Alex1 buchen, wenn unser Team das nächste Mal nach Berlin reist!

Ein toller Coworking-Tag fürs Team! :) Es gab genügend Platz für konzentriertes Arbeiten und auch Raum zum Plaudern und Brainstormen. Die Küche wurde ganz natürlich zum Treffpunkt, wo die Gespräche einfach so flossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
