One Coworking for Teams
One Coworking for Teams is a company account for coworking day passes and meeting rooms. You top up prepaid credits (1 credit = €1 net), your people book any of 240+ instantly bookable spaces in 97 cities, and you get one VAT invoice per top-up. No membership, no monthly fee, no charge per seat.

How it works
Never more expensive than booking the space directly. No membership, no monthly fee, no charge per seat. Keep the hub memberships you have; we cover every other city.
In practice
Groups of more than 10 people? We arrange it for you.
Anyone picks a space and gets an instant confirmation and a pass by email. At reception, they just show the pass.
An admin books up to 10 day passes at once and assigns each ticket to a colleague. Nobody has to remember to book.
Book meeting rooms by the hour with the same credits. For important meetings, we find the right room with you and check the location first.
Control
Our advice: start without caps and add rules once you see how your team uses it. Upvest, Xentral and Digistore24 all run without a spending cap.

€500 is €595 including VAT and covers about six weeks of team days in the example above. Credits stay valid for 6 months, and we remind your admins before any expire. An honest note: usage builds slowly. In month one, few people know about it; by month three, they tell each other. That's why we recommend €500, not €5,000.
