Prices
Published list prices across the flexible workspaces on One Coworking, per desk per month. A price per desk usually covers furniture, internet, energy, cleaning and shared areas such as kitchens. A team of ten in Berlin pays about €4,490 a month at the median.
Flexible or leased
Both can be right. What differs is the commitment, the money you put down first and how fast you can change size.
