Mindspace is a boutique flexible workspace provider founded in 2013 in Tel Aviv, Israel. The company operates over 45 locations across 23 cities in seven countries, offering design-led office environments for teams of all sizes.
Mindspace positions itself as a boutique alternative to large-scale coworking operators, combining a global footprint with locally inspired design. Each location features unique interiors that reflect the character of its neighbourhood, with curated art, custom furniture, and thoughtful common areas designed to foster creativity and collaboration.
The company serves a range of clients from SMBs to blue-chip enterprises, offering private offices, team suites, dedicated desks, and coworking memberships. Mindspace locations typically include amenities such as community events, wellness programming, barista-served coffee, and fully equipped meeting rooms.
With its strongest presence in Germany (12 locations), Mindspace has also expanded across Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, and Romania. The company employs approximately 450 people and has raised significant venture capital to fund its expansion.
Pricing varies by city and membership type. Coworking memberships and private offices are priced on request, with rates reflecting the premium, design-led positioning. Mindspace targets the mid-to-premium segment of the flexible workspace market.
