worqs Coworking Wuppertal occupies a penthouse floor with its own south-facing roof terrace: 450 m² holding 32 desks, eight private offices and two meeting rooms. Members choose between a flexible seat in the shared coworking area and a Private Desk that stays theirs, with an ergonomic chair and 24/7 entry by digital key. Everything runs all-inclusive, from highspeed WiFi and printing to a café stocked with coffee, tea and water, plus 100 black-and-white prints a month. Teams that need a door take one of the furnished, lockable private offices on flexible terms, and a single-person Day Office covers the occasional focused day on site. The two meeting rooms differ in mood: the Kaminzimmer seats three around a fireplace, while the Teamworqs Loft opens up for as many as 16 people under track lighting, with a 65-inch screen, whiteboard, flipchart and moderation kit. Between sessions the terrace is a few steps away.
This workspace is easy to reach via a variety of public transport connections.
Work in a vibrant and energizing environment, filled with natural light to boost your mood and productivity.
This place is known for having a supportive startup and freelancer community.
Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 55, 42103, Wuppertal, Germany
The Luisenviertel is the walkable heart of Elberfeld: narrow streets of restored Gründerzeit townhouses whose ground floors hold cafés, bars, independent shops and restaurants instead of chain storefronts. Lunch is a choice rather than a search, with a coffee roastery and an all-day breakfast place both about a minute from the door and dozens more tables along Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and the side streets leading off it. The quarter fills up in the evening, when it becomes one of the places people in Wuppertal go out, so moving a meeting from a desk to a table takes no planning. Friedrich-Ebert-Straße itself carries steady traffic while the streets behind it stay quiet. Robert-Daum-Platz is about three minutes away on foot, Wuppertal Hbf roughly ten, and the Rathaus Galerie and the Historische Stadthalle are both within an easy walk.
worqs occupies the fourth floor (4. OG) of the Pasche-Haus at Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 55, where the building directory in the entrance lists worqs at 4.OG. Members let themselves in with a digital key in the worqs app rather than at a staffed desk, so book a first visit or one of the Open Office slots if you want someone to show you around. Parking spaces can be booked in addition to a membership: the entrance is at Aue 62, and a passage beside the bakery leads through to the space. Public on-street parking is the alternative. On foot it is about three minutes from Robert-Daum-Platz, five from the Schwebebahn stop Ohligsmühle and roughly ten from Wuppertal Hbf.
Flexible coworking starts at €99 per month plus VAT. Paying a year up front brings that to €1,069.20 instead of €1,188.00, a saving of 10%. A Private Desk with your own table and ergonomic chair starts at €249 per month plus VAT, and a Virtual Office address costs €69 per month plus VAT with a one-off €49 setup fee.
