studio_one takes its name from the Jamaican recording studio that gave reggae its first home, and the reference runs right through the place: meeting rooms are called Abbey Road, Kling Klang and Electric Lady, and the operators talk about the space as a stage rather than an office. The interior is emphatically green — living plant walls, forest-toned desks, raw concrete ceilings, pale timber and a planted roof terrace that members use for lunch breaks and after-work sessions. You can take a single day at a hot desk, an unlimited flex membership, a lockable private office for one to four people, or just the business address through the virtual office. Meeting and coaching rooms come in three sizes and are bookable by the hour. Guests describe a calm, focused working atmosphere with easy conversation around the coffee bar. The team runs recurring networking evenings and workshop formats, and the operator is a 1% for the Planet member.

Neumarkt sits in the middle of Elberfeld, the busiest of Wuppertal's town centres and the one where most of the city's retail, offices and nightlife are concentrated. The square is pedestrianised, the historic town hall stands across it, and the roof terrace looks straight onto its clock tower. Everything is walkable: the Rathaus Galerie and the City-Arkaden shopping centres are both under three minutes away, and the C-Carre arcade is at the front door. Lunch is not a problem — KYTO Coffee, IVYS Coffee, Cafe Extrablatt and a dense run of bakeries, kebab shops and Asian kitchens sit within a hundred metres. Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof and the Schwebebahn station of the same name are about six minutes on foot, which puts Düsseldorf and Cologne within easy reach by regional train. The area is lively during shopping hours and quietens down noticeably in the evening.
studio_one occupies the third floor of the Greenhouse building at Neumarkt, above the Commerzbank branch. The main entrance is inside the Neumarktpassage, between KYTO Coffee and the Commerzbank branch; branded graphics in the passage point the way. Take the lift to the third floor and turn left for the check-in desk. Reception is staffed on weekdays from 08:30; members with a private office or a confirmed room booking also have 24/7 access through the operator's app. From Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof it is roughly a six-minute walk — leave the station and follow the pedestrian zone straight ahead until you reach Neumarkt. Bus lines 620, 625, 628 and 647 stop at Wall/Museum, a few steps away. Drivers can use the APCOA Parkhaus Neumarkt directly next door.
A day pass at studio_one in Wuppertal costs EUR 25 net per day. It covers weekdays from 08:30 to 17:30 and includes a desk in the open space, high-speed Wi-Fi and coffee. All prices published by the operator are net, so German VAT is added on top.

Moderner, grüner und angenehmer Place to Work & Grow in Wuppertal! Super Lage zentral in Wuppertal Elberfeld mit Blick von den Dachterrassen auf das alte Rathaus. Der Coworking Space ist am Puls der Zeit und ein Hot Spot für Selbständige, Startups & Unternehmen, die Denk- und Arbeitsräume suchen. Neben aller tollen Ausstattung ist aber die Atmosphäre in einem Coworking Space das Wichtigste. Also am besten einfach mal hingehen und selbst überzeugen!

Mitten im Zentrum der Stadt Wuppertal (Neumarkt) liegt der neue Co Working Space "Studio One". Ich selbst war dieses Jahr (2025) schon 2 x dort: Allerdings (noch) nicht, um Räume oder Spaces zu mieten, sondern, um an den hier regelmäßig stattfindenden Events wie "CoConnect" (Netzwerktreffen) teilzunehmen und um einen der tollen Workshops unter dem Oberbegriff "BrainBites" zu besuchen. In angenehmer Atmosphäre und mit toller Außenterrasse bei Sonnenuntergang den Feierabend genießen und etwas für sich selbst, das eigene Netzwerk und die Weiterbildung zu tun, macht hier besonders viel Spaß!
