Spaces The Docks occupies the striking waterfront development on Lindleystrasse 8A in Frankfurt am Main — a building whose architecture draws deliberately on the visual language of container ships. The space offers private offices and team suites sized for companies that need dedicated, enclosed workspace rather than open hot-desking. Supporting infrastructure includes meeting rooms, a lounge area, a cafeteria, car parking, and disabled-friendly equipment, making it a practical base for both day-to-day operations and client-facing sessions. The atmosphere is modern and bright, well-suited to startups, scale-ups, and established businesses seeking a professional address in Frankfurt's eastern corridor. A staffed reception handles on-site support Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00, giving tenants a human point of contact during core business hours. The combination of purpose-built private workspace, a full amenity set, and a distinctive building identity positions Spaces The Docks as a compelling alternative to conventional serviced offices in this part of the city.

Review summary
Across 15 detailed Google reviews, Spaces The Docks comes across as a modern, light-filled coworking space situated in the eastern part of Frankfurt am Main, drawing members who value its contemporary surroundings. Reviewers point to the atmosphere as a notable draw, with several describing a bright and modern feel that shapes the day-to-day working environment. The location in Frankfurt's eastern corridor suits those based or operating in that part of the city, and a handful of members acknowledge a welcoming physical setting as a reason they chose the space. That said, the overall picture emerging from these reviews carries meaningful reservations. Staff conduct is the most frequently mentioned theme, and the balance here leans negative — while one member praises a "sehr freundlichen Team," the majority of staff-related comments reflect disappointing interactions, pointing to inconsistency in how members are treated. Atmosphere, though broadly positive, draws a few critical notes as well, suggesting the experience is not uniformly pleasant across different times or areas of the space. Several further gaps surface with regularity. Noise is flagged as a concern, with at least one member noting the space itself can be quite loud, undermining focus. Food security is raised as a practical frustration, with reports of items being taken from shared refrigerators. Pricing also draws criticism, with members citing noticeable fee increases — one noting a rise from 295 EUR to 368 EUR net per month — as a point of dissatisfaction worth considering before committing.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

The furniture in our office was rearranged without our permission. Some items were blocked in, preventing my pregnant wife from reaching and taking them with her when the lease ended. These items were then disposed of at our expense. This is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful spaces and initially good introductory prices. But when you renew your contract, you're in for a shock: the price jumps from €295 net to €368 per month for co-working, including a business address. Unfortunately, the service is barely adequate. Billing issues due to IT problems persist even after two months, and the reception isn't always reachable or even available due to staff shortages. Calling to check if mail has arrived costs €19 per call! How they can justify this price increase under these conditions is baffling... This clearly demonstrates that they're making deceptive offers and then trying to make customers pay up later. It's a shame, but this is no way to build long-term relationships.
