Ich habe Signature by Regus – Frankfurt, Signature OpernTurm, besucht und muss sagen: Ich war rundum begeistert! Die Räumlichkeiten sind stilvoll, geräumig und sauber und befinden sich in perfekter Lage mitten im Herzen von Frankfurt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, der Service schnell und die Atmosphäre fördert Produktivität und Konzentration. Wenn Sie einen komfortablen und repräsentativen Ort suchen, kann ich ihn wärmstens empfehlen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Auch als langjähriger Mieter (über 10 Jahre) werde ich wie eine Nummer behandelt. Wohl gemerkt: das Team vor Ort ist bemüht und freundlich. Allerdings ist alles soweit automatisiert und outgesourced, dass man mit niemandem, den es angeht, über bestehende Themen oder Probleme reden kann. Es werden einem Dinge und Kosten aufoktroyiert, die so nicht im Mietvertrag stehen. Das hindert die Firma Regus aber nicht, alle Services einzustellen, auch wenn nur ein Bruchteil der Miete nicht gezahlt wird (ca. 8%). Warum ich den Anteil nicht zahle habe ich lang und breit erklärt, aber es interessiert niemanden. Es gibt praktisch keine Antwort darauf. Man ist ein (lästiges) Rädchen in einem automatisierten System aber kein Kunde. Kommunikation nicht existent. Entweder man zahlt, was vorgegeben ist, oder es wird alles an Services einfach eingestellt. Kommunikation mit mir findet praktisch -seit Monaten- nicht statt! Wenn man jemanden als Vermieter haben will, mit dem man bei Problemen nicht kommunizieren kann, dann ist man hier an der richtigen Stelle. Geld wird gerne genommen Kritik und sonstiges nicht. Edit: Auch wenn unter dieser Beschwerde nunmehr eine Mitteilung erscheint, dass man sich um das Problem kümmern werde, ist außer eine Anfrage und meiner wiederholten Mitteilung, was das Problem ist, seit 7 Tagen nichts mehr passiert. Es besteht offensichtlich auch kein Interesse daran, Probleme im Sinne des Kunden schnellstmöglich zu lösen.

Absolutely not recommended! Even as a long-term tenant (over 10 years), I'm treated like a number. Mind you, the on-site team is helpful and friendly. However, everything is so automated and outsourced that you can't talk to anyone about existing issues or problems. Things and costs are imposed on you that aren't specified in the rental agreement. However, that doesn't stop Regus from stopping all services, even if only a fraction of the rent isn't paid (approx. 8%). I've explained at length why I don't pay my share, but nobody cares. There's practically no answer. You're an (annoying) cog in an automated system, not a customer. Communication is nonexistent. Either you pay what's stipulated, or all services are simply stopped. There's been virtually no communication with me—for months! If you want a landlord with whom you can't communicate when problems arise, then you've come to the right place. Money is gladly accepted, but criticism and other things are not. Edit: Even though a message now appears under this complaint stating that the problem will be addressed, nothing has happened for seven days other than an inquiry and my repeated clarification of the problem. There's obviously no interest in resolving problems as quickly as possible for the customer.

Rent is debited multiple times, you spend weeks chasing your money, no one is available by phone, and email support is sporadically and not solution-oriented. Conclusion: 3 months in a 15m2 office for €17,000
