Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The seminar itself was great, but the rooms were unacceptable. Broken chairs and unfriendly staff – at least one of the two people present.

I would like to share our experience with your "office." On July 26, 2019, I traveled to Frankfurt to find a workspace for my new employee, Ms. xxx, who was opening a new location for us. It was important to us to find a workplace that Ms. xxx liked and where she felt comfortable. Therefore, we spent the entire day looking at various shared offices and office centers. After a friendly and seemingly competent conversation with Mr. xxx from Regus, we decided on the office at Bockenheimer Landstraße 17/19, 60325 Frankfurt am Main. It was clearly agreed upon which room Ms. xxx would be assigned. While the employee couldn't guarantee the specific location, the room was clearly discussed. This was reiterated several times during the conversation between Mr. xxx, Ms. xxx, and myself. However, when Ms. xxx was supposed to start work on October 1st, we experienced an unpleasant surprise. She was assigned a different room. The room looks more like a broom closet (though taste is subjective, of course), and from our perspective, it's unacceptable for my employee to work there and in no way comparable to the agreed-upon room. In fact, our contract contained the wrong room number. This must have been Mr. xxx's mistake. We're in the service industry ourselves, and mistakes happen. That wouldn't have been such a big deal. What really upsets me is how we were treated in the following days. Mr. xxx was on vacation, and his replacement showed little understanding for our disappointment. They clearly operated on the principle that a contract is a contract, and Mr. xxx shouldn't have made any promises regarding a room or space. As a result, we terminated our contract with Regus, and Ms. xxx accepted a job with another provider. However, the fact that Regus is now insisting on the standard notice period, resulting in us having to pay twice, is truly outrageous. I then explained my situation to Mr. xxx, who was given to me as the next point of contact at Regus. Mr. xxx had a "friendly and understanding conversation" with me and said he would get back to me with a solution. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. This kind of behavior completely eliminates any possibility of future cooperation.
