The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The meeting rooms were superbly equipped and perfectly adequate in size. I am more than satisfied with the Nuremberg Airport location.

I would give zero stars if I could. Beware!!!! The list of bad experiences is long: Completely overpriced, constantly deteriorating service, often no reception staff, no one to contact, multiple incorrect debits (and on top of that, no one available to clarify things), etc. Last weekend, our office was completely locked, and we had no access when we urgently needed our work equipment. The emergency bell for such cases is deactivated, and two complaints (one in person and one via the "form") remain unanswered, just like previous complaints. An apology or explanation: none. The only response is the information that I can sue, but they will hold us to the contract until the very end…
