Ich würde 0 Sterne vergeben, wenn es ginge. Vorsicht!!!! Die Liste schlechter Erfahrungen ist lang: Völlig überteuert, ständig schlechter werdender Service, häufig keine Besetzung des Empfangs, kein Ansprechpartner, mehrfach fehlerhafte Abbuchungen (und zusätzlich niemand für eine Klärung greifbar) etc… Vergangenes Wochenende war unser Büro gänzlich zugesperrt und wir hatten keinen Zugang als wir dringend an unsere Arbeitsmittel mussten. Die Notklingel für solche Fälle ist deaktiviert, zwei Beschwerden (eine persönliche und eine über das „Formular“) bleiben wie vorige Beschwerden auch unbeantwortet. Eine Entschuldigung / Stellungnahme: Fehlanzeige. Einzige Reaktion ist die Info, dass ich klagen kann, aber man uns bis zum Schluss im Vertrag halten wird…..
