Marcel-Breuer-Strasse 15, 80807, Munich, Germany
Parkstadt Schwabing is a consolidated business and mixed-use district in the north of Munich, distinct from the tourist centre but well integrated into the city's wider commercial fabric. The area is characterised by low-rise office campuses and modern business parks, making it a practical base for companies that prioritise space and parking over a city-centre address. Several established corporate names have offices in the immediate vicinity, giving the district a professional, low-footfall atmosphere suited to focused work. Restaurants and dining options are reachable on foot or within a short drive, and the surrounding neighbourhood offers everyday services for those spending full days in the area. The location provides straightforward access to Munich's northern motorway connections, which is practical for clients and team members commuting by car. For public transit users, Munich's U-Bahn and bus network serve the broader Schwabing area, with stops connecting onward to the city centre and Munich main station.
Upon arriving at Regus, part of the Parkstadt Schwabing complex, enter the building through the main entrance. Inside, you'll find a modern lobby. Follow the signs leading you to the Regus reception area, where a team member will greet you and assist with any further needs. Don't hesitate to ask for help at the main reception if necessary. We're eager to welcome you to our Munich location!
Regus Munich Parkstadt Schwabing offers private offices, team suites, and meeting rooms. Day-office access is also available for professionals who need a professional workspace without a long-term contract.

Stay away from Regus. We are tenants of a Regus office in Munich and had a problem with Regus's billing system. They only send invoices for three-month periods. This information was not provided to us by any consultant during the rental process. We then tried to find a solution by contacting them, but without success. I was passed from one consultant to another and waited more than four weeks for a callback, but despite this, I received no help and was repeatedly referred to the terms and conditions. I am very dissatisfied with Regus and their service; for the prices they charge, they could be more customer-oriented.

A huge thank you to the two Regus employees at reception, the center manager and his colleague! They were always very friendly and professional. The place was very clean and tidy, and they were always helpful! Highly recommended!
