Eine durchweg negative Erfahrung. Es wurden Leistungen in Rechnung gestellt, die weder beauftragt noch jemals erbracht wurden. Eine solche Vorgehensweise ist nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern erweckt den Eindruck, dass hier bewusst versucht wird, Kunden zusätzliche Kosten unterzuschieben. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage gab es keine transparente oder nachvollziehbare Erklärung – stattdessen ausweichende Antworten und keinerlei Einsicht. Von seriösem Geschäftsgebaren kann hier keine Rede sein. Ich rate dringend dazu, dieses Unternehmen zu meiden und sämtliche Rechnungen äußerst genau zu prüfen. Ein solches Verhalten gehört aus meiner Sicht geprüft – notfalls auch durch die zuständigen Behörden.

Der Standort in Köln überzeugt durch ein sehr freundliches und professionelles Team. Besonders der Kadir – immer hilfsbereit, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Die Büros sind sauber, modern und super organisiert.

Nach etwa fünf Monaten Nutzung beschloss ich, in ein anderes Büro zu wechseln, und man unternahm alles, um mich zum Gehen zu bewegen. Meine Kaution habe ich seit fünf Monaten nicht zurückerhalten. Das ist ein absolut unprofessionelles Unternehmen, das alles daran setzt, mir mein Geld vorzuenthalten.

After about 5 months of use, I decided to move to another office and they made all kinds of difficulties before I could leave. They didn't even return my deposit for 5 months. It is a completely unprofessional commercial enterprise that does everything it can to not give you your money.

Basically a nice building complex with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there are many hidden costs that aren't disclosed! When you move out, you're supposed to pay a "restoration fee." It's absolutely outrageous that you have to pay €450 for a 13m² office. My office was neither handed over clean nor repaired upon moving in; when I asked, they just referred me to the terms and conditions. The clause is in the fine print. No concessions from management whatsoever. It's a shame that they treat their landlords like this!
