The ra:ume shared office RPS03 rents fully furnished private offices on three floors of an industrial-style building, in five sizes from Office Space S for one or two workstations to Office Space XXL for eight to 14. Floor-to-ceiling windows, vinyl floors and glass elements keep the rooms bright, and the operator pitches the house for quiet, undisturbed work in a creative setting. The lounge is the place to talk or relax, and its open kitchen has coffee, drinks and a snack in between. The monthly rent is a fixed all-in price: 24/7 access, VLAN and Wi-Fi, cooling on demand, cleaning, a drinks and snack service and all running costs are included, and every company gets its own doorbell, intercom, mailbox and company branding. You choose a term of three or six months or open-ended. Meeting rooms, event and conference space, underground parking and storage rooms can be booked on top; there are two meeting rooms for up to eight and up to 14 people, and the lounge area hosts events for up to 50 guests. Over the past few years, I've seen quite a few offices, and Ra:ume on Robert-Perthel-Straße is the first one I'm 100% satisfied with. It's super modern and clean. My landlords are also fantastic. Always there when you need them and incredibly reliable. The location is another plus, and it's easily accessible from the south of Cologne. Shops are within walking distance. In short: I highly recommend it, and I'm already looking forward to having great neighbors ;-)
