A thoroughly negative experience. Services were billed that were neither requested nor ever provided. Such a practice is not only unprofessional, but also gives the impression that there is a deliberate attempt to impose additional costs on customers. Despite repeated inquiries, there was no transparent or comprehensible explanation – instead, evasive answers and a complete lack of understanding. This is far from a reputable business practice. I strongly advise avoiding this company and scrutinizing all invoices extremely carefully. In my opinion, such behavior should be investigated – if necessary, by the relevant authorities.

After about 5 months of use, I decided to move to another office, and they made every effort to get me to leave. They haven't even refunded my deposit for 5 months. It's a completely unprofessional business that does everything in its power to avoid giving me your money.

Overall, it's a nice building complex with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there are many hidden costs that aren't disclosed! Upon moving out, you're expected to pay a "restoration fee." It's outrageous that you have to pay €450 for a 13m² office when you move out. My office wasn't left clean or repaired when I moved in, and when I inquired, I was simply referred to the terms and conditions. The clause is buried in the fine print. Management offered absolutely no compensation. It's a shame they treat their landlords this way!

Since March, I've been using an office space in HangarOne and I feel extremely comfortable here. Everything is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. I'd especially like to commend Özgür, who is only here temporarily. He is always courteous and helpful. One example of his outstanding support: he even found my access card when I lost it. This is the second time we've rented office space from REGUS, and we've been very satisfied each time. The professionalism and pleasant atmosphere contribute significantly to our positive experience.
