Europaallee 33, 67657, Kaiserslautern, Germany
Regus EuropaKarree sits within the EuropaKarree development on Europaallee 33, a commercial district on the western edge of Kaiserslautern that has grown up around the A6 motorway corridor. For drivers, the A6 interchange is the primary reason to choose this location — commuters from Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, Ramstein, and the wider Westpfalz region can reach the building quickly without navigating the city centre. The surrounding area is characterised by retail parks, business parks, and logistics facilities rather than an urban street scene, so the location suits those arriving by car rather than on foot. One reviewer does note that the site is not well served by public transport, so visitors without a vehicle should plan their journey carefully. The city centre of Kaiserslautern, with its rail connections and amenities, is a short drive east along Europaallee.
Enter Regus Kaiserslautern Europa Karree through the main entrance at Europaallee 33. Upon entry, check in at the reception desk located on the ground floor. The building operates during standard business hours with additional 24/7 access options for members. Elevators and stairs are available for moving between floors. Parking facilities are available at the venue, making it convenient for those commuting by car.
Regus EuropaKarree is located at Europaallee 33, Kaiserslautern, within the EuropaKarree commercial development close to the A6 motorway. The address is easy to reach by car from across the Westpfalz region.
Review summary
Reviewers frequently praise Regus Kaiserslautern Europa Karree for its convenient location near the A6 motorway with public transport directly outside, modern and well-equipped offices, and a friendly on-site team — individual staff members are named across multiple reviews for their helpfulness. The premises are described as clean and well-maintained, and the space is noted as suitable for both daily coworking and conference or meeting room hire. A recurring concern in a minority of reviews relates to contract and billing practices: two reviewers describe experiences with opaque cancellation terms, unexpected deposit deductions, and limited responsiveness from the Regus head office when disputes arose.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

I have used a lot of Regus offices around the world as part of eXp Realty. I found this space to be laid out well, with a great location. Rafaela and Ricardina were wonderful hosts. I look forward to working in this space in the future.

This is the worse review I have ever given to a co-working space and they really deserve to receive it. Absolutely don't recommend this place. It is far from the city center so if you don't have car don't even bother going there with public transport. It is empty and don't see anybody using the co-working space and that is probably their motivation to charge or and even trick you to sign a contract with them. I needed a working space with 24/7 for a month so I talked to their marketing guy and their front desk. They said you can sign a contract for month by month and terminate it. I explicitly indicated I need this co-working for just a month and signed. At the end they created an excuse that you cannot cancel it for the first month because the contract started on 9th of the month and you requested to cancel it on the same day but the second month starts at the 1st and this not 30 days before the termination day. So they charged me one month extra. Also when I talked to the front desk they did not indicate I have to pay deposit. Then they used any opportunity to just take money from the deposit. The put something called office restoration for a co-working desk agreement. This absolute ridiculous because, I did not relocate and there is nothing to be restored when I leave. It is a desk and it is there. In overall I wanted to use their space by spending something 200 but they tricked me by being not honest and clear from the first moment and charged me around 250 extra. I am completely disappointed and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. You can have definitely better experience somewhere else. I used spaces in Paris and it was amazing but man this place is just a tricky place to take your money from the marketing guy till the front desk. Thanks for the reply. I am not going to waste more of my time and go through this very frustrating process. Already had enough of it.
