Reception and communications staff are consistently on hand to handle logistics, freeing occupants to focus on their work. Fischertwiete 2,Chilehaus A, 20095, Hamburg, Germany
The Chilehaus sits within Hamburg's Kontorhausviertel (Counting House Quarter), a dense cluster of early-20th-century expressionist commercial buildings that together form part of the city's UNESCO World Heritage designation. The quarter borders the Altstadt to the west and the Speicherstadt warehouse district to the south, placing occupants within easy reach of Hamburg's central business, retail, and waterfront areas. The main shopping thoroughfare of Mönckebergstraße is a short walk away, along with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and banks that serve the surrounding office district. Hamburg Hauptbahnhof — the city's principal rail and U-Bahn/S-Bahn interchange — is reachable on foot in roughly ten minutes, connecting the address to the wider metropolitan area and to intercity and international rail services. The surrounding streets are compact and walkable, and on-site car parking at the building removes a common friction point for those arriving by car.

Review summary
Across 18 detailed Google reviews, members describe an office experience rooted in one of Hamburg's most architecturally distinctive addresses, with the Chilehaus providing a setting that feels genuinely considered rather than generic. The atmosphere draws consistent praise, with reviewers noting that the office spaces and their details "come together beautifully" — a sense that the physical environment elevates the working day. The central location also earns positive remarks, with members appreciating the ease of access that a well-connected Hamburg city-centre address affords. Where the space earns its clearest goodwill is in its staff. Members single out the on-site team for being enthusiastic and approachable, with one describing their communications manager as "the best, absolutely enthusiastic and friendly." This human element appears to smooth over the practical side of day-to-day membership for many. That said, the reviews carry a notable undercurrent of financial frustration that prospective members would do well to weigh carefully. Pricing is the most consistently criticised aspect across the evidence, with several members reporting that charges exceeded what was originally agreed upon — one reviewer specifically flags being asked for "regular payments beyond what was originally contracted." A smaller number of reviewers also temper their praise of staff with occasional reservations about responsiveness or consistency. For those drawn by the building's character and the team's warmth, arriving with a clear, documented understanding of all costs appears to be the prudent approach.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

I've worked in Regus offices in several European countries as well as in the USA, and I can say with complete confidence that the Regus Chillehaus is my favorite Regus office, and I always love coming back. I'm always given a beautiful, spacious office, the service is exceptionally friendly (thank you to Sebastian!), and both the office space and its details blend beautifully with the architectural style of the Chilehaus. What truly stands out at the Regus Chillehaus is the high level of customer service and their professionalism. Thank you for all your support, and see you next time! :)

I strongly advise against renting anything from them. Their approach is extremely unprofessional. They regularly demand higher payments or contributions than originally agreed upon. My girlfriend rented a workspace for six months – instead of a smooth experience, it was a nightmare: constant stress and arguments with the agent. Contractual obligations and proper handling were clearly disregarded.

One of those moments where I wish I could give negative stars. Important documents were not forwarded- when informed they said mail forwarding will not be charged any longer a s agesture of good will, and then it happened again... and this time there was no gesture of anything but arrogance, and passing on the blame (literally someone said someone else was responsible). I have tried to contact customer service and absolutely useless. Melany Hernández and Krzysztof Dymczak need proper training, before being allowed to look after the centre.

In my case, it was even worse: they retroactively debited my account twice for three months that had already been paid. I've been waiting for that money for months, and you can't reach anyone; nobody is responsible. Without going to court, there's no way forward.
