Review summary
Across 30 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Kallmorgen Tower comes across as a clean, well-located coworking option in Hamburg, drawing members who value practical amenities and a professional setting over a more curated workspace atmosphere. The most consistently praised aspects are the meeting rooms and the location. Reviewers describe the conference rooms as well-equipped and straightforward to book, making them a reliable choice for client meetings or team sessions. The building's position in Hamburg earns repeated mentions for convenience, and members find the overall environment notably tidy and modern — cleanliness surfaces as a quiet but consistent point of satisfaction across the reviews. Staff experience, however, is the most-discussed topic and the most divided. A handful of members single out individual team members warmly — one reviewer specifically recommends a colleague named Thandi, describing her as "immer freundlich, hilfsbereit" — but negative staff interactions appear more frequently than positive ones, suggesting the service experience is inconsistent. The food and drink offer draws mild but recurring criticism as well, with several members noting that coffee comes at an extra cost and that the café provision does not quite meet expectations. A few reviewers also feel the space tries to channel the energy of more celebrated coworking brands without fully delivering on that promise, describing the atmosphere as something that has been attempted rather than achieved. For members whose priority is a clean, well-connected base with solid meeting infrastructure, the space delivers; those seeking a more characterful or reliably welcoming day-to-day environment may find it falls a little short.

The service was very unfriendly, especially the receptionist – not a single smile. Her expression was constantly unfriendly – I honestly didn't know if we had rented an office or if we were just borrowing one from her. A camera right outside the office was very disconcerting.
