The district has a dual identity — a working business address by day and a well-known cultural and hospitality quarter by evening, with the Museumsufer (museum embankment) stretching along the riverfront. Darmstaedter Landstrasse connects the neighbourhood southward toward the A5 motorway corridor, making the location accessible by car from the wider Rhine-Main region. Local S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops serve the broader Sachsenhausen area, linking the office to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and the airport rail connection within a short transit ride. The surrounding streets offer a range of cafés, restaurants, and retail options suitable for client lunches or post-meeting breaks, while the Main riverfront promenade is within walking distance for a change of scene during longer working days.

Even if office workers are good guys, the regus company is not good at customer relations. We could not complete establishment of our company and regus still insist to keep agreement and demands ca. 300 euros for a month. So according to Regus ans IWC Germany, we must pay for services we never use. I repeat, we could not establish the company and according to global user agreement of Regus, article 1.7 we can cancel the agreement, still Regus wants 300 euro per month. Please consider this experience right before you decide.
