Die Möbel in unserem Büro wurden ohne zu fragen umgestellt. Dabei wurden Einrichtungsgegenstände zugebaut, sodass meine schwangere Frau diese bei Mietende nicht erreichen und mitnehmen konnte. Diese Einrichtungsgegenstände wurden kostenpflichtig entsorgt. Sowas geht gar nicht

Schöne Räume und erst einmal gute Einstiegspreise. Bei der Vertragsverlängerung erlebt man dann sein gößtes Wunder: von 295 EUR netto auf 368 EUR pro Monat für Co-Working inkl Geschäftsadresse. Leider ist der Service auch gerade mal bemüht. Rechnungsprobleme sind aufgrund IT-Problemen selbst nach 2 Monaten noch offen, Rezeption nicht immer erreichbar oder aufgrund Personalmangel gar nicht verfügbar. Telefonisch zu fragen ob Eingangspost eingegangen ist schlägt mit 19 EUR/Anruf zu buche! Wie man diese Erhöhung unter den Bedingungen rechtfertigt, verwundert.... Dies zeigt dann doch, dass man Bauernfänger Angebote macht und die Kunden später zur Kasse bittet. Schade, aber so baut man keine langfristigen Beziehungen auf....

Spaces ist ein fantastischer Coworking-Space mit moderner, heller Atmosphäre und einem sehr freundlichen Team. Er befindet sich im Osten Frankfurts, einem überraschend schicken Viertel voller Startups und junger Unternehmen. Mein Meeting dort hat mir sehr gefallen, und ich komme gerne wieder.
