Across 21 detailed Google reviews, Regus Koenigsallee comes across as a bright, professionally maintained workspace in the heart of Düsseldorf, drawing members who value a polished city-centre address. The aspect that dominates the evidence by a wide margin is the staff. Reviewers return to this point repeatedly, describing the team as attentive and genuinely helpful — one member singles out a colleague by name, noting "Chris hat mir bei allem geholfen," a sentiment that surfaces in several other accounts. The front-of-house team also makes an impression through small but appreciated gestures: the receptionist offering complimentary coffee and tea is cited more than once as a marker of the welcome members receive on arrival. The setting itself reinforces the professional tone. I've been having problems with Regus for months; questions go unanswered and issues remain unresolved. The on-site staff are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, their inquiries also repeatedly go unanswered. I hope things will improve, as the office space is good.
