Nicht zu empfehlen! Mahnungen per Mail obwohl Einzugsermächtigung vorliegt, nach manueller Überweisung werden die gleichen Beträge nochmals abgebucht über Einzugsermächtigung - bitte um Rückerstattung wurde trotz Zusage nicht eingehalten und als „Guthaben“ festgehalten In den Mahnungen wird sofort mit Einstellung der Leistungen gedroht Raum nicht wie besprochen - Pfeiler stören bei der möbelaufteilung Möbelausstattung nach 3/4 Jahr noch immer nicht wie verabredet Dauernd defektes Licht im Flur Oftmals defekte Klimaanlage Defekter Aufzug Toilettenräume mehr als unsauber Reinigung der Räume nur sporadisch, wenn dann nur grobes saugen oder reinigungsschild wird ohne irgendwas getan zu haben wieder reingehangen in unserer Abwesenheit Keine Sichtbarkeit des eigenen Unternehmens - nur 2 Briefkästen mit gefühlt 50-80 Firmen mit einem dicken Aufdruck HQ (?) - wirkt richtig wie Briefkastenfirmen und unseriös Anfragen zur Beschilderung bleiben unbeantwortet (soll zudem 50€ monatlich kosten) Es heißt immer es würde sich gekümmert werden… versprochene Antworten kommen NIE!! Wir lassen den Vertrag nun durch einen Anwalt prüfen. Anfrage ob Möglichkeit zur vorzeitigen Kündigung besteht wurde sofort abgelehnt, da kam dann mal eine direkte Antwort. Eine Anmietung können wir niemanden in keinster Weise empfehlen.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Räumlichkeiten sehr hellhörig sind, waren wir mit unserem Meetingraum zufrieden. Nette Betreuung durch die Damen am Empfang. Kaffee und Getränke passen auch. Evtl. schwer zu finden, da Regus nirgends angegeben ist. 10 Minuten fussläufig zum Hauptbahnhof.
