Not recommended! ``` Payment reminders via email despite a direct debit authorization. After a manual transfer, the same amounts are debited again via direct debit – a refund request was ignored despite prior promises and recorded as a "credit." The payment reminders immediately threaten to terminate services. The room is not as agreed upon – pillars interfere with the furniture arrangement. After three-quarters of a year, the furniture is still not as agreed. The hallway light is constantly broken. The air conditioning is frequently broken. The elevator is broken. The restrooms are extremely dirty. Cleaning is sporadic, and when it is done, it's just a quick vacuum, or the cleaning sign is rehung without any action being taken while we are away. There is no visibility of the company itself – only two mailboxes with what feels like 50-80 companies, all prominently displaying "HQ" (?). It looks like a shell company and is unprofessional. Inquiries regarding signage go unanswered (and are also supposed to be...) (Costs €50 per month) They always say they'll take care of it… but promised answers NEVER come!! We're now having the contract reviewed by a lawyer. Our request for early termination was immediately rejected; that was the first time we received a direct response. We absolutely cannot recommend renting from them.

Aside from the fact that the rooms are very noisy, we were satisfied with our meeting room. The ladies at reception were very helpful. The coffee and drinks were also good. It might be difficult to find, as Regus isn't listed anywhere. It's a 10-minute walk to the main train station.

Communication here is extremely difficult and a real test of patience. Unfortunately, they are not customer-oriented and offer the worst support I have ever encountered. For six months, I've been trying to contact them about setting up new online access, as my existing account became inaccessible after an employee left. There has been no response. For several weeks now, I've also been trying to contact them to change my bank details (direct debit), but again, no response whatsoever. It's truly frustrating.
