LACS Santos occupies a Valmor Prize-winning building on Avenida 24 de Julho — one of Lisbon's most architecturally celebrated addresses — with interiors crafted by designer Joana Astolfi to feel as considered as they are comfortable. Across five floors and 5,000 sqm, the open-plan workspaces are flooded with natural light under high ceilings, drawing freelancers, startups, and established teams who do their best work when the setting inspires them. Beyond the desk, the offer is genuinely distinctive: an on-site Hot Yoga studio, a rooftop terrace with Tejo views, a backyard garden, and LACS Café for the moments between meetings. Private phone booths handle focus calls; fully equipped meeting rooms scale up to 12. Membership is flexible — day passes, dedicated desks, private offices, and a virtual address for Portugal-based business registration. Underground parking with EV charging, step-free access throughout, and a lift make logistics effortless. This is the place to be in Santos.
98 Avenida 24 de Julho, 1200-870, Lisbon, Portugal
LACS Santos sits on the iconic Avenida 24 de Julho in Santos — a cosmopolitan riverside district of Lisbon that blends a design-conscious urban pulse with the calm of the Tejo waterfront. The neighbourhood has a distinctly creative character: galleries, independent eateries, and design studios share the streets with lush garden squares ideal for a post-lunch walk. Culture is close: the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga is a short stroll away, and the energy of Cais do Sodré — with its market, bars, and transport hub — is just minutes east. Getting here is straightforward from almost anywhere in the city: the train and bus stop sit directly at the door on Av. 24 de Julho, and a dedicated cycle lane runs alongside the building. For those driving, underground covered parking with EV charging is available to members and visitors. Santos rewards the curious — there's always something to explore before or after the workday.

This Cowork space is awesome!! Big rooms with bright lights and high ceilings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are open to new ideas and frequently partner with external companies for events and activities that boost the community. 👍👍👍

the coworking is honestly one of the most inconvenient spaces I’ve ever tried. you don’t actually get a proper working place — just a lounge area with couches, where it’s impossible to focus. for 24€ you basically pay to sit on a sofa, without a desk, without privacy, and listen to people talking loudly without earphones at all. 🙆🏼♀️

10/10. Had to take an exam online at night and needed a private space so I rented one of the phone booths. The space was nice and quiet. The two girls from the front desk and the security guard were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

I recently attended an open day at a co-working center and was pleasantly surprised! A lot of different areas for work and rest, cozy atmosphere, plus a yoga studio for rebooting and a terrace where it's so nice to have a coffee. It's a great option for those looking for a place with an inspiring atmosphere for work and creative meetings. I recommend stopping by!

I used LACS Santos co-working space for 10 days during my 1 month stay in Lisbon. It’s slightly more expensive than other co-working spaces but totally worth it if you do deep-focus work or have important meetings. They offer flexible plans, so you can decide which days you use it. What I particularly enjoyed: rooftop with great views, canteen to buy breakfast/lunch (also many other options nearby), free coffee, phone booths that were available 80% of the time, hot yoga classes in the same building, reformer pilates in the next building. Basically everything I wished for was here!
