Across five floors it offers 164 coworking desks plus 40 touchdown workstations, from single desks and table groups for up to six in the open office to Homebases, private coworking offices for teams of two to six. Part of the desks are used by Gateway ESC, the university's start-up service, so you work among founders, young companies and start-up service providers. Open-office desks cost €500 a month on the first and second floors, €550 on the third and €600 on the fourth; Homebases range from €1,400 for two desks to €3,900 for six, all net, plus a €25 monthly service fee per desk that covers free hot drinks and water, a mailbox in the parcel station, the business printers and desk cleaning. The house has two double-height lounges for events and breaks, three roof terraces, tea kitchens on every floor, the Gateway Coffee café and fibre internet. Two conference rooms for 25 to 100 people cost from €200 for up to four hours.

Besides its excellent location, this is an architecturally very successful building. The open floor plan is fantastic and creates a beautiful, creative atmosphere. Despite the central location, parking is actually very good. Highly recommended!
