Ich habe - ehrlich gesagt - noch NIE solch ein unterirdisches Buchungserlebnis gehabt. Wollte buchen, wusste genau, was ich wollte. Webseite nimmt Kreditkarte nicht. Zweite, dritte Karte auch nicht. Bricht ab. Keine Servicenummer, dann über Chat Nummer gefunden; nur stupide KI-Hotline, die dann an Menschen weiterleitet, der nicht abnimmt. Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle Co-Working-Space-Wettbewerber in Köln, solch einen "Wettbewerber" wünsche ich mir auch!

Ich war mit Freunden im Urlaub in der Stadt, als ich kurzfristig ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit einem potenziellen Mitarbeiter führen musste. Wir waren gerade auf einem Flohmarkt gegenüber, und eine kurze Google-Suche führte mich zu diesem WeWork-Standort. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, Roberta Romano und Emily Norman am Empfang kennenzulernen und war von ihrer Hilfe begeistert. Sie halfen mir in letzter Minute, ein Konto einzurichten, einen privaten Besprechungsraum zu organisieren und erlaubten mir, nach Feierabend zu bleiben, damit ich alles in Ruhe erledigen konnte. Ich weiß nicht, was ich ohne die Hilfe der beiden gemacht hätte. Ich kann diesen Standort jedem wärmstens empfehlen und werde ihn meinem Team bei jeder Reise weiterempfehlen.
