Mein Aufenthalt im Collection Business Center Köln war durchweg hervorragend und hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Die gepflegten Räume und das stilvolle Ambiente haben sofort einen professionellen und zugleich angenehmen Eindruck vermittelt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das gehobene Niveau der Ausstattung sowie die ruhige und produktive Arbeitsatmosphäre. Das gesamte Center wirkte sehr hochwertig organisiert und bot ideale Bedingungen für konzentriertes Arbeiten und Meetings. Insgesamt war es ein erstklassiges Coworking-Erlebnis, das ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde.

Super Service, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, freundliches Personal. Warum dann nur drei Sterne? Weil man für die Reservierung eines Büros per eMail Kredikarten-Daten inklusive CVV übermitteln muss. Das ist für beide Seiten ein eklatantes Sicherheitsrisiko. Die Mail ist nicht verschlüsselt und enhält sensible Zahlungsdaten. Wird die unverschlüsselte Mail abgefangen, können die Daten sofort missbraucht werden. Dabei gibt es günstige und sicherere Alternativen. Hotels zum Beispiel, nutzen Webfomulare mit verschlüsselter Verbindung und die CVV wird dabei auch nicht länger als nötig gespeichert, Jetzt liegen die Kreditkartendaten in den Mail-Accounts von drei Mitarbeitern.
