Review summary
Across 11 detailed Google reviews, members describe an exclusive, elegant business centre on Serrano in Madrid, opposite the American Embassy. Reviewers emphasise the setting above all: it is called a discreet luxury environment for shared offices, with fine art on the walls and frescoed ceilings in the boardrooms. Meeting rooms are a central part of the experience. Members describe the space as very comfortable for working and meeting clients, and one calls it “the perfect place” for business meetings. The staff are described as professional and attentive, with excellent customer service, and one reviewer explicitly congratulates the team on its professionalism. The centre also hosts events, which reviewers describe as truly exclusive and high level. Location is part of the appeal too, with one member noting that the operator's centres sit in the best areas of the city. The evidence base is small and not uniformly positive. One reviewer reports very bad service and rude treatment, a sharp contrast with the praise elsewhere, and another describes it as an average venue for renting a meeting area. With only eleven written reviews, the picture rests on a small number of voices.
Members most consistently praise Meeting rooms, Staff & service, and Atmosphere.
