Review summary
Across 28 detailed Google reviews, members describe a polished, professionally oriented workspace situated in one of Madrid's most prestigious addresses, the Ortega y Gasset corridor in the Salamanca district. The overwhelming consensus is that the space delivers on both convenience and quality, with the location drawing consistent praise from members who value its accessibility and the credibility it lends to client-facing work. The everyday experience is defined above all by the staff, who emerge as the single most-mentioned aspect across reviews. Members repeatedly highlight individual team members by name, with one reviewer singling out "Flavia Dhoqina" for "amazing customer service" — a sentiment that recurs in various forms throughout the feedback. Beyond the human element, reviewers point to modern, comfortable facilities and well-maintained equipment, while the spacious, light-filled offices and a notably quiet, corporate atmosphere make sustained focused work straightforward. As differentiators, members note the professional ambience and welcoming decor, which suit those seeking a formal setting for meetings or solo work. The available meeting space is called out as a practical asset for hosting clients in the city, and several reviewers mention that the overall offering represents good value relative to the address and fit-out quality. One minor thread of criticism touches on the staff experience, where a small number of members found interactions inconsistent, suggesting that service quality, while generally strong, can occasionally vary depending on the day or individual.

A coworking space that's not quite a coworking space. It's a space where you feel right at home thanks to its layout, its welcoming and modern decor, the respectful and quiet "corporate" atmosphere, and, of course, the professionalism and management skills of its manager, Flavia, and the attentiveness and helpfulness of Antonio, both REGUS employees. So, highly recommended for feeling like you're in "your office."
