I signed up for a mailbox for €70/month. I was advised to upgrade to a virtual office for €154/month, and in less than two months (with very limited use of the lounge), the charges exceeded €1,000, in addition to a subsequent claim for €3,000 due to clauses that were not clearly explained to me when I signed. I recommend carefully reading every item in the contract and requesting a written breakdown before accepting any upgrade.

In our case, Regus Colón (Madrid) has been in terrible condition: dampness, flooding of the office, and more than three weeks without a formal response. We signed a contract in 2024. At the end of 2025, there was construction work in the building with constant noise. And starting the week of January 28, 2026, massive leaks began: water dripping from the ceiling during rain, soaked carpets and shelves, persistent dampness, and the appearance of mold/black stains. The office is objectively uninhabitable. Despite multiple communications, the center only repeats that "it's been escalated" and doesn't respond in writing, providing terrible customer service and no solution to the problem.
