It sits in a historic building that has been fully renovated and is crowned by a terrace with views across the city to the sea and Tibidabo, used both as a break-out spot and for events of more than 40 guests. The centre rents workspaces for 2 to 50 people at one flat monthly rate that covers furniture, utilities, daily cleaning and building charges, with no set-up fees and no long-term commitment: executive offices for one or two, team offices for 4 to 18 and corporate offices from 20 desks. A small coworking area has six desks, bookable with a Day Pass at €18, a 10 Day Pass at €160 or an Unlimited Pass at €340 a month that gives you a fixed desk with a private pedestal, business address, mail handling and 24/7 access. Meeting Room 6A seats 8, Meeting Room 6B 10 and Forum 6A 16, all with audiovisual equipment. Symmetric fibre with backup lines, 5G Wi-Fi, a dedicated phone number, 24-hour security with guards and CCTV and a staffed reception are included; parking spaces, printing, catering and private server racks are available as extras. First workplaces Rambla Catalunya stands at the corner of Rambla de Catalunya and Gran Via, in the heart of the Eixample, a few steps from Plaça de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia, the city's busiest business and shopping area. Modernista buildings such as Casa Lleó Morera line Passeig de Gràcia nearby, and the El Triangle shopping centre is about 400 metres away. Passeig de Gràcia metro station is roughly 150 metres from the door and Catalunya about 250 metres, with metro, suburban and regional trains and many bus lines; Sants station is around 2 km away and El Prat airport about 16 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train and metro. For business lunches the operator recommends Chalito Rambla and Glug, for visiting colleagues the Hotel Continental and the Yurbban Ramblas Boutique, and Holmes Place for a workout after work.
