The Nook Permanyer is a boutique coworking in a pre-modernista mansion from 1864 on Passatge Permanyer, where contemporary art of high cultural value is part of every room. The community is kept small and the atmosphere calm: bright open rooms hold fixed and flexible desks, and there are three private offices of 12, 15 and 18 m² and two meeting rooms of 12 and 13 m² with a screen. Members share an office kitchen, a terrace, a fitness room with a changing room and private shower, personal lockers and a reception that also takes in post, and the house is pet-friendly. Freshly ground coffee, still and sparkling water and a professional printer are included. Private offices start at €1,250 a month with a six-month minimum, a fixed desk with screen, keyboard, mouse and lockable pedestal at €490, a monthly flex desk at €390 and a day pass at €35; the office and desk plans include three hours of meeting room and 100 black-and-white copies. Members can use the space Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 23:00 and on Saturday until 15:00, and the house runs art activities and exhibitions for its community.

Great if you are self-employed, like me, and want to separate home and work to be able to rest better. By the way, you find a community of professionals that is inspiring and stimulating.
