Offices are priced one by one: office 1, an exterior room with a balcony to the street for two to three people, costs €600 a month, office 5 €450 and office 4 €800, and a part-time office for one day a week from 8:00 to 20:00 starts at €150; full-time offices start at €300 a month depending on size. Rent includes the secretarial service, a phone line, Wi-Fi, utilities, air conditioning, cleaning, coffee and use of the meeting room. On its own the meeting room costs €18 for the first hour, €80 for a half day and €130 for a full day. A registered business address costs €43 a month or €200 for six months, and a virtual office starts at €40 a month. The minimum rental is three months, with flexible arrangements on request, and a deposit is due at signing.

I have my company's business address with them, as well as a call center and meeting room. What I mean is that this space offers tailor-made solutions to meet the client's needs. It's a great, quiet atmosphere, with different meeting rooms available depending on your requirements, equipped with a coffee maker, projector, Wi-Fi, photocopier... whatever you need. They also organize networking breakfasts to get to know each other and encourage interaction. And as a bonus, there's surface and underground parking nearby, and it's just a 3-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. Right in the heart of Barcelona.
