Eixample 46 Coworking occupies the first floor of a Catalan heritage building on Carrer de Roger de Llúria 46, where traditional high ceilings, tall windows, and balconies set the architectural tone for a deliberately quiet workspace. The single-floor layout divides into a dedicated focus zone — calls taken exclusively in phone booths — a lounge-style living room, kitchen, dining area, and a small fitness room, all on the same level. External monitors, ergonomic furniture, lockers, and free tea are included across all plans. Flex desks run €190 and fixed desks with 24/7 access €250 a month. Fully furnished private offices for teams of two to sixteen begin at €950 a month, with the ten-person Office 01 — spanning two balconies — at €2,600. Regular talks and social events keep the community connected without disrupting the focused, professional atmosphere the space is built around.

Atmosphere and light lead the praise. Reviewers describe a welcoming, relaxed yet professional feel, and many mention the natural light, high ceilings and windows that make the space feel cozy. Members find it easy to focus, calling it quiet, calm and not overcrowded, with people who aren't too loud. The setup gets consistent credit too, from comfortable desks and chairs and a monitor at every desk to fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and whiteboard in the meeting room, and a quiet private office. The central location is praised almost as often as the space itself. Members also value the host and staff, described as extremely kind and welcoming and quick to help, whether setting up a monitor or organising a space for a group. The community is described as international, with interesting entrepreneurs to network with, and free tea and coffee all day round it off. One reviewer adds that it is cheaper than other coworking spaces nearby. No criticism appears in these reviews. The only practical note is that the building has a lift but a small step, worth knowing for anyone with limited mobility, and events get only a passing mention.

My experience at this coworking space was great! The space was spacious, bright, and quiet, and having a monitor at every desk was a great bonus. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the community was just as warm and inviting. The location is very central, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a coffee or enjoy lunch. I would definitely recommend it.
