Every plan includes coffee, tea and filtered water, printing, mail services, call-booth access, a pack of meeting-room hours and high-speed internet, and lockers, bike parking, air conditioning, cleaning and a welcome kit are part of the offer. Collective Haus is on Rua de São Bento in central Lisbon, about 200 m from the Assembleia da República, the Portuguese parliament, which is housed in the former São Bento monastery that gives the neighbourhood its name. The street climbs from the parliament up the hill towards Rato and is known for its many antique shops, and the operator describes São Bento as one of the city's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Rato metro station on the yellow line sits at the top end of the street.
