A space perfectly suited to solo professionals or small businesses: the atmosphere is friendly without being over the top (no need for a pre-dinner drink!), and the facilities are comprehensive (printer, meeting rooms, kitchen, shower). I spent four years there in a dedicated office, which allowed me to have my own monitor setup and leave my belongings safely. I appreciated the 24/7 access, the privacy of the staff, and the quiet neighborhood with just the right amount of small shops (a stone's throw from the many boutiques and restaurants on the main shopping street). For the price, it's an excellent deal!

An ideal place to work: quiet, well-laid-out, and with everything you need to settle in. Everything has been recently renovated; it's very clean and nicely decorated. An important detail: there's a shower. The neighborhood is also very pleasant, with everything nearby (thanks in particular to Rue du Commerce right next door). The atmosphere is studious and professional, but also open to discussion. I spent over three months there, and I would go back in a heartbeat!
