Review summary
Across 21 detailed Google reviews, HQ Auteuil comes across as a well-kept, professionally equipped workspace tucked into a calm residential pocket of the 16th arrondissement, within easy reach of Jasmin metro station. The aspect members return to most consistently is the staff. Reviewers describe the team in notably warm terms — one member writes that "the staff are absolutely LOVELY and beyond reproach" — and this human dimension clearly shapes the day-to-day experience for many. Cleanliness and equipment draw steady praise alongside the team, with members describing clean, well-organised offices and "high-quality professional spaces" that feel ready for serious work. The atmosphere earns broadly positive marks too, characterised as pleasant and calm, and the surrounding neighbourhood reinforces that tone, with several reviewers appreciating the quiet setting for focus. Where HQ Auteuil stands apart in member accounts is the combination of a considered physical environment and genuinely attentive service, qualities that appear to matter more to regulars than the address alone. That said, the reviews surface a cluster of honest concerns that prospective members should weigh. Pricing transparency is the most frequently raised issue: multiple reviewers flag unexpected charges — one citing a €220 cleaning fee applied without prior notice — and this pattern of surprise costs generates the clearest dissatisfaction across the review base. Wi-Fi reliability is also flagged as a weakness, with at least one member noting they resorted to a personal hotspot. A minority also found the atmosphere or staff interactions fell short of expectations on occasion.

Avoid at all costs. Their business practices are extremely deceptive: they add extra charges at will, bill for services they didn't request and then cancel only after a dispute, apply penalties despite ongoing litigation, and employ aggressive debt collection tactics. The team is welcoming and responsive as long as there are no problems. However, as soon as a dispute arises, it becomes extremely difficult to get clear answers or any serious follow-up on the case. Check every line item on your invoices.

It's okay, but the service is a bit lacking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I rented an office for a year. In the summer, it was extremely hot, which forced us to leave. I was then charged €220 for cleaning fees, without prior notice, for an 8 m² office. They refuse any refund and justify it by citing the contract, even though these fees aren't specified there, and nothing was noted during the move-out inspection. For over a month, I've been trying to get my security deposit back, which they claim to have transferred in mid-December, without any proof. Responses are rare, and contact is difficult, if not impossible. If you're looking for offices to rent, look elsewhere. UPDATE: I finally got my security deposit back more than 5 months later, after having to hire a lawyer!

An absolutely disastrous experience at this coworking space, with unjustified withdrawals from my bank account and arbitrary price increases. Aside from wasting your money and energy, this space is completely pointless. Avoid it at all costs!

I never leave reviews, but I must denounce their scandalous business practices regarding their registered office services: billing for services they choose, adding extra charges, mandatory annual contracts, etc. However, the staff are absolutely LOVELY and beyond reproach: my comment concerns the billing, which is done at the group level and not by a specific branch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR REGISTERED OFFICE SERVICES.
