After struggling to get our deposit back, I now have to fight to receive a simple invoice for the refund… it’s impossible to access the relevant department; the Paris offices can only “escalate the matter to management”…

You have all our information; you told us you made the transfer over a month ago, but to this day we still haven't received anything. All you do is tell us to be patient and that the money will arrive in our accounts, which is still not the case. It's a disgrace.

Avoid at all costs!!! We spent a few years in their offices. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, we left these offices more than 18 months ago and it's impossible to get our deposit back. There's no problem, the debt has been identified, but Regus refuses to pay despite all our reminders. Of course, it's impossible to speak to a manager in this department, so this will end up with our lawyers. Factor these costs into your calculations... it's simply outrageous!
