Monthly prices run from €1,050 for a five-desk office to €2,550 for the eleven-desk Lapa, about 5% less when paid quarterly, all plus 23% VAT. Offices are booked online by the month with a one-month minimum and a one-month deposit. The rent covers 24/7 access, air conditioning and heating, fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea, shared printer access and weekly cleaning. Two meeting rooms for four and six people cost €15 and €25 an hour plus VAT, and virtual office packages with a mailbox and business address start at €50 a month on an annual plan. Tenants handle Wi-Fi, bookings and support through a QR-code app.
