Spent more than 6 months in the facility and left end of October 2023. It's been more than 50 days and still haven't received my deposit back despite emailing the help desk multiple times, almost every day. They charge you a late fee if you pay 1 day late but then they don't give you back 1500 euro deposit after more than 50 days since leaving the facilities. Crooks
