Meeting Room M73 Ku’damm
Mindspace Kurfürstendamm occupies 7,000 square metres across multiple floors of the FÜRST development on Uhlandstraße 32 in Berlin's City West — one of the larger managed workspace campuses in the district. The space is configured for teams and established businesses, with private offices and team suites rather than open hot-desking. A resident barista, free coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated quiet areas are included in the setup. The building features a large terrace with open views across Berlin, making it a distinctive option for both daily work and private events. The community team on-site manages day-to-day operations and member relations directly, which shapes the day-to-day atmosphere. At 4.9 stars on Google, the Ku'damm location sits at the top of Mindspace's Berlin portfolio. The space suits scale-ups, international teams, and businesses that want a polished City West address with full-service office infrastructure.

Surroundings
Mindspace Kurfürstendamm sits on Uhlandstraße 32, just around the corner from the Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard in Charlottenburg — Berlin's City West. The immediate neighbourhood is dense with retail, hotels, and restaurants, with the Ku'damm's department stores and independent dining within a short walk. The area is well served by public transport: U-Bahn station Uhlandstraße (U3) is directly at the door, and Kurfürstendamm station (U1/U9) is a few minutes on foot, connecting the site to the broader Berlin S- and U-Bahn network. Savignyplatz, a quieter square lined with wine bars and bistros, is walkable to the north and offers a contrast to the main boulevard for after-work or lunch. The broader Charlottenburg district gives the address a distinctly established, business-facing character — different in tone from Mitte or Kreuzberg, and often preferred by companies seeking a west-Berlin corporate-adjacent location.
