Workish Coworking sits inside the Geyer-Werke on Harzer Str. 39 in north Neukölln, three floors of desks plus a creative basement that houses FabLab NK — a hardware lab and maker space members can actually use, not just look at. Above ground there's an on-site film studio with projector and sound system, sound-insulated phone booths for serious calls, bookable meeting rooms, a yoga room, and a big backyard patio that doubles as event space when the weather plays along. The 100+ members run from filmmakers and synth musicians to UX designers, agency owners, and growth marketers, and the community shows: weekly meetups, exhibitions, maker sessions, and the long-running Sunday filmmaker meetup. Memberships are flat-rate (Flex-ish €167+VAT, Flex-ish Plus €219+VAT, Resident-ish €330+VAT) with a free trial day if you want to test the room before committing. Private offices for teams of 2–12 are also available, fully serviced.

The bus stops 36 meters from the door — Elsenstr./Harzer Str., served by lines 165, 166, and the M41 — which is the easiest way in unless you're cycling along the canal. Treptower Park S-Bahn (S8, S41, S42, S85) is a 16-minute walk east through the park; Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn (U7) sits 14 minutes south. The block itself is post-industrial Geyer-Werke — converted brick warehouses with a few small studios and shops — but a five-minute walk lands you in Reuterkiez or south Treptow, both packed with neighborhood cafés, bakeries, and Vietnamese, Turkish, and modern-European places for lunch breaks. Park Center Treptow handles supermarket runs eleven minutes away; for a longer walk, Treptower Park, the Spree, and the Plänterwald are within twenty minutes. Quieter than Reuterkiez proper, less corporate than Mediaspree across the river — Harzer Straße sits in a working pocket that hasn't been over-renovated yet.

Workish has been home of our filmmaking community and meetup space on Sundays for quite a while. We’ve always had a great time here. The space is very clean, flooded with light, there is a nice outdoor area. Working here is great as you have all the stuff you need as WIFi, meetings rooms, phone booths, drinks and great prices. The owner is incredibly nice, always welcoming and generous. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

A really nice place for co-working with a lovely atmosphere! They also have a filmmaking event every Sunday which is a truly great space for creative people, perfect for finding new connections and friends. I can only recommend visiting it.

Very nice and lovely place! Very good place for community events. Here goes the Filmmakers meet up every Sunday, which I attend very often and the atmosphere there incredible lovely and friendly. The place itself very good accommodated with the good WiFi and drinks on the bar. Can only recommend this place!

I've been going to the Filmmakers & Movie Nerds Meetup at Workish in Neukölln on Sunday nights, and it's been an absolute blast. The space is just right for our group of filmmakers, both amateurs and pros. The fast Wi-Fi and the excellent projector and sound system make it perfect for our screenings and discussions. The community vibe is amazing—everyone's so passionate and full of energy. We also love chilling in the outdoor area after meetings. Workish has truly been the perfect spot for our collective to come together and create.

Workish is a great co-working location and spot for community events. The place is well organized, clean, and productive. The wifi is fast and they have an area to buy drinks. As a member of one of the regular meetups that are held there, the owner has been really supportive and obviously cares a lot about the local community. They have a well organized guide on what to do when your event is over, so it is easy to clean up and make the place ready. If you are looking for an affordable and supportive event space, look no further.
