While it's not realistic to expect library silence, the noisy conversations and online meetings of those around you are quite disruptive. For those who prefer a quieter environment, Workup would be a better choice. Aside from that, the cleanliness, spaciousness, refreshments, and helpful staff are excellent.

No parking available. Valet parking is very expensive. Traffic planning is terrible. The cafes below charge exorbitant prices. What is this? What kind of situation is this? I went to visit a friend and it felt like I fell into the hands of a land mafia.

I somehow like to be in here. As a remote worker, I come here time to time and work. What I can make a suggestion to this place, is that if they may put some fresh fruits instead of common pastry products, that would be awesome.

Professional service. It's great that they have a hot tea and coffee bar and bagels and pastries. The tables are comfortable. Internet connection works without problems. The only issue is parking in this area.
