The founder opened it in 2018 at the very address where his great-grandfather once ran a successful bakery, and it is aimed at freelancers, small business owners, remote workers and tiny teams. A fix desk with your own desk, office chair, lockable locker, Wi-Fi and 24/7 access costs €300 a month excluding VAT. There are two lockable private offices: Office 1 (about 9.5 m², one or two desks) for €600 a month and Office 2 (about 12 m², two or three desks) for €750 a month, both excluding VAT and with lockers, Wi-Fi and 24/7 access. Every member can use the meeting room, kitchen and lounge. The meeting room seats up to six people, has a whiteboard, presentation screen, flip chart and coffee and tea, and costs €25 an hour; the flexible event space suits workshops for up to 15 people, pop-ups or small exhibitions and costs €200 for half a day or €380 for a full day, all plus VAT, with breakfast and snack packages on request.

The U3 station Hütteldorfer Straße at Feilplatz is about two minutes away and takes you directly to Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße, Volkstheater and Stephansplatz. Hütteldorfer Straße, a few steps south, is the area's busy shopping street with bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and lunch places. A short walk along Breitenseer Straße brings you to the Breitenseer Lichtspiele, one of the oldest cinemas in the world that is still running, and the green slopes of the Wienerwald begin a few kilometres further west.
