It is meant for freelancers of all kinds, solo self-employed people, students and employees who want a quiet alternative to the home office close to where they live. The south-facing room is bright, and tenants share a fully equipped office kitchen with dining area, a WC, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a loggia overlooking the park. Each workstation has a 160 cm desk, a swivel chair, a desk lamp, a lockable pedestal and a large lockable cabinet – you only bring your laptop. A desk costs €350 a month on a 3–6-month contract (deposit one month's rent) or €300 a month from six months (deposit two months' rent, 30 days' notice to the end of a month), both excluding VAT and with no commission. The price includes 24/7 access, operating costs, Wi-Fi, printer and copier (fair use), coffee and tea and weekly cleaning.
