Ich berichte über einen Vorfall, der sich in einem Berliner Büro ereignet hat. Als ich das Büro betrat, fiel ein schwerer Magnet (mehrere Kilogramm) von der Tür und traf mich am Kopf, wodurch ich mich schwer verletzte. Daraufhin wurde ein Krankenwagen gerufen und ich wurde ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Nach dem Vorfall versuchte ich wiederholt (fast ein Jahr lang), die Büroleitung zu kontaktieren, erhielt aber weder eine Antwort noch eine Übernahme der Verantwortung oder Unterstützung. Ich warne andere: Es bestehen ernsthafte Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sicherheit und der Organisation der Arbeitsräume in diesem Büro. Meiner Erfahrung nach ist klar, dass nicht alles ordnungsgemäß geregelt ist. Es ist unsicher, sich dort aufzuhalten oder zu arbeiten.

Ich habe den On-Demand-Pass genutzt und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ruhige Atmosphäre, guter Kaffee und schöne Aussicht. Die Leute sind respektvoll zueinander und die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit. Es wäre toll, wenn es etwas mehr Auswahl an Speisen gäbe, die man kaufen könnte, ohne das Büro verlassen oder bei Lieferdiensten bestellen zu müssen.

Das Buchungssystem ist eine absolute Katastrophe. In neun von zehn Fällen wird „Keine Verfügbarkeit“ für Tageskarten angezeigt, obwohl noch genügend verfügbar sind. Wenn man es ausnahmsweise bis zur Buchungsseite schafft, wird man mit Fehlermeldungen wie „Steuernummer ungültig“ oder einem deaktivierten „Bestätigen und bezahlen“-Button konfrontiert, obwohl man alles korrekt eingegeben hat. Wie soll man unter diesen Umständen 60 Euro für eine Tageskarte bezahlen?
