Signed up for the coworking subscription, then I noticed you still have to pay extra, per hour, if you come late in the day which was written nowhere. So I paid, took the elevator up to the entrance 20 minutes later and then couldn’t enter because the app said “something went wrong” when trying to unlock the door using it. Time wasting, disappointing experience. Let’s see if I can enter tomorrow.

Prime location right on Potsdamer Platz with excellent transport links. The premises are modern and high-quality, and the team on-site is incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately feel comfortable and can work productively. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a prestigious workplace in Berlin!

A very disappointing experience. During official opening hours, the reception was unmanned, leaving me unable to return to my rented office or even leave the building for over 1.5 hours. I only received assistance after a colleague drove from home to grant me access. There was neither an explanation nor an apology from the staff. This raises serious questions about their professionalism and security.
