Amazing place to work and one of the best office experiences I have had. The space itself is excellent: comfortable, modern, well maintained, and set up in a way that makes it easy to focus and stay productive. It genuinely feels like a second home, not just a workspace. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Ewelina and Patrycja are consistently helpful, approachable, and genuinely friendly. They do not just “do their job”, they proactively make sure people are comfortable, supported, and taken care of. Whether it is helping solve a small issue quickly, answering questions, or simply creating a welcoming atmosphere, they are always ready to help with a positive attitude. In my view, both of them deserve a salary raise and a promotion. They add real value to the experience and represent the place at a very high standard. Security is another big highlight. I feel extremely safe here, including when leaving valuable items. The high end security setup, with checks from both the hotel and WeWork, gives real peace of mind and is a major reason I am comfortable working here regularly. The only small area for improvement is the pool table equipment. The pool sticks could be upgraded more often, ideally on a regular schedule (every six months or similar), and replaced with better quality cues. It is a minor detail, but upgrading them would match the overall premium feel of the space. Overall, an amazing place to work with outstanding staff and excellent security. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Ewelina and Patrycja for making it such a welcoming and reliable place to be.

EDIT: move my review from 3 stars to 5 because the WeWork team listened and moved the pool table further away. 🙏 -- Who thought it would be a good idea to install a pool table right next to the silent working zone?! Moving it further back, or ideally on the fourth floor, would make everyone's life better.

It’s an ok space. I was here just for a day. On arrival, I was told to wait in the lobby by a really rude receptionist who was quite abrupt and condescending. When I made my way up to the floor, there wasn’t anyone to show me how things worked (first day in Warsaw I was a little in need of someone just to help me feel a bit more comfortable). The calling/rooms were fine but the doors don’t close properly so I was conscious of my volume on client calls and they were essentially little boxes with no ventilation which was very hot after 45 mins. The space is nice, the coffee is fine but I probably wouldn’t book again unless I knew I wasn’t making calls and now that I spent some time working out where the basics were.

I come here once a month and despite office design that make great first impressions on clients the overall service is lacking. It has become a local joke about a unwelcoming Ukrainian barista. The „fun” equipment is broken. Pool table do not have any working sticks. The retro Atari Pong table is not working. Basically it’s an office. The WeWork promise about spending time between work and having nice breaks only depend on you alone and your co-workers. Nothing special - competitors are better. Because of the proximity to Old town the closest restaurants are expensive. Otherwise the kitchen and bathrooms are clean.
