Review summary
WeWork Hotel Europejski occupies the 4th and 5th floors of one of Warsaw's most prestigious addresses, and reviewers consistently praise the setting: a bright glass-roof atrium, a barista-staffed coffee bar, and a prime location near the Old Town. Certain staff members — including Ewelina and Patrycja — are singled out for exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. Security standards are also noted as thorough and reassuring. On the critical side, several reviewers describe receptionist encounters as unwelcoming or condescending, and Wi-Fi reliability under heavy load draws complaints. Phone booths are noted as poorly ventilated, and nearby restaurant options are on the pricier side.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Light & space, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

It's a cool place, but it's not the ideal place to work.

Beautiful avenue, spacious workspace, delicious coffee, and a great selection of teas. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was extremely disappointing. They seemed unwilling to help or answer questions, and their tone came across as rude and unwelcoming rather than friendly and professional. It was disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior in such a beautiful coworking space located in one of the most prestigious parts of Warsaw.

Amazing place to work and one of the best office experiences I have had. The space itself is excellent: comfortable, modern, well maintained, and set up in a way that makes it easy to focus and stay productive. It genuinely feels like a second home, not just a workspace. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Ewelina and Patrycja are consistently helpful, approachable, and genuinely friendly. They do not just “do their job”, they proactively make sure people are comfortable, supported, and taken care of. Whether it is helping solve a small issue quickly, answering questions, or simply creating a welcoming atmosphere, they are always ready to help with a positive attitude. In my view, both of them deserve a salary raise and a promotion. They add real value to the experience and represent the place at a very high standard. Security is another big highlight. I feel extremely safe here, including when leaving valuable items. The high end security setup, with checks from both the hotel and WeWork, gives real peace of mind and is a major reason I am comfortable working here regularly. The only small area for improvement is the pool table equipment. The pool sticks could be upgraded more often, ideally on a regular schedule (every six months or similar), and replaced with better quality cues. It is a minor detail, but upgrading them would match the overall premium feel of the space. Overall, an amazing place to work with outstanding staff and excellent security. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Ewelina and Patrycja for making it such a welcoming and reliable place to be.
