This is the best office building I've ever worked in, and I can assure you I've worked in many. The office, common areas like the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, etc., are spacious, with many extras and good lighting. The audiovisual rooms are adequate; if you need anything, they can provide it, and if there's a problem, a technician comes right away to fix it. If you need anything, the Utopicus staff provides excellent service. Raquel, in particular, an administrative staff member at the reception desk on the first floor, is very kind, friendly, and efficient with everything I've needed to arrange with her. Her colleague Emilia is also very professional. I'm not exaggerating when I say I feel like I'm in a second home here; everything is welcoming. And I think that's a shared opinion!
